What is Yoga?
Yoga is the science of realisation;
where one creates a union of their mind, body & spirit - between both the individual self and the universal consciousness.
As one of the oldest practices, codified by Sage Patanjali around 400 C.E., it has hidden many masteries that have been lost through western group practice found commonly today.
The word yoga is derived from Sanskrit root 'yum', meaning 'to unite', and although many current yoga practices focus on the physical aspects, this is merely a small element of true realisation.

Looking to learn & develop your personal yoga skillset? Sareen Sense would love to welcome you with an open heart, and offers a wide repertoire of Kriya practices to enhance your living, from mastering your MIND, to understanding your BODY and freeing your SOUL. No two classes can be the same, as we create the practice we need in each moment; we seek each class to enrich you again and again. Opt for group classes held at designated spaces, or SOLO 1-2-1 tailored home sessions – which incorporate the ayurvedic clock alongside other holistic practices.

Our Childrens classes range for 7years up to 18 – and are currently under development. Please register interest for your area.

We believe that every child deserves support and guidance, whilst we also understand that this cannot always be provided.
Our goal is to use our profits to further fund establishments nationwide in Childrens health - covering physical, emotional and mental wellness.
Our children are OUR future, and so it is our utmost priority to safeguard, protect and care for these vulnerable souls during their prime development years.
